The new KTM 790/890 Adventure has gas tanks going down and to the sides, in order to balance and centralize the mass. This great and improves riding experience, but also rises the risk of the tank damage. Originally the tank is protected by simple plastics covers.

We decided to offer way more stiff carbon/kevlar covers that will increase your tank protection.

To deliver good balance between stiffness and flexibility, the tank covers are done from pre-preg materials. We combine 7 layers of carbon and kevlar in vacuumed enviroment and finish the product in an autoclave.
