Completely different KTM 790/890
We trust, that the KTM 790/890 is a good bike, as it comes from the factory line. However, we decided to take it to a higher level. We would like to present you our Rally Adventure Combo, which includes a fairing kit with a carbon navigation tower and strong LED lights, together with front rally tanks. This combination of our best products improves your bike significantly and gives it a true rally look, ready for every adventure.
This fairing kit fits on following model years: 790 Adventure (2019-24), 890 Adventure (2021-24).
For the full compatibility with the 2023 and 2024 models, you will need the OEM mask supports. You can buy them as the OEM part numbers 6350800600033 and 6350800500033 from your KTM dealer, or we can order them for you and add them to the kit.
Full carbon tower
The core of the front fairing is a carbon fiber tower. It’s made of layers of carbon and kevlar, providing the tower with high stiffness while also reducing its weight. The carbon tower is only 430g, and in total, you save almost 1 kg compared with the stock setup.
But it is not only about the weight. Our carbon tower was designed for practical daily use and to carry strong, EU road-legal LED headlights, a USB outlet, and a variety of navigation equipment. All of your navigation stuff can be attached to the GPS bar, which is mounted on silent blocks in order to reduce vibrations. There is enough space to fit your smartphone, GPS, tablet or a roadbook. And all are right in your optimal viewpoint.
Game-changing rally tanks
Two rally-style narrow tanks are replacing the 12cm (5 inch) wider original KTM tank. They are also 3kg (6.6 lbs) lighter, and the center of gravity is significantly moved lower. All these improvements result in better handling of your bike. You will fit into and turn better in tight spaces. Avoid getting stuck in gnarly terrain! The total fuel capacity is 17 liters (4.5 gal). The tanks are filled independently, but they are connected with a fuel line at the bottom. This makes the tanks work exactly the same way as the original, which has the two compartments as well.
Between tanks is a practical splash-proof carbon storage box with an integrated USB socket. With a volume of 2 liters (0.5 gal), it is convenient for storing smaller items like a wallet, phone, compact camera, or anything else. The mounting adapter for the Scotts damper is also part of the rally tanks kit.
Integrated crash protection and reinforcement
The kit includes a newly designed integrated radiator and tank guard. It is made of strong aluminum blocks and bars, combined with an aluminum CNC front panel featuring a beautiful design finish. Reinforced cockpit attachments are also included because the original ones tend to crack. These reinforcements are the only ones on the market that keep the VIN code visible.
At the bottom of the tanks, thick carbon covers are installed, providing extra protection without additional weight. The carbon covers and the entire rally tank kit can be mounted with any skid plate designed to work the original KTM plastic tank covers. There are many options to choose from but please note, it is not compatible with the Outback Motortek, AXP skid plate or other types that require removal of the bottom tank protectors.
