RADE/GARAGE Lifetime Guarantee for Carbon Towers

At RADE/GARAGE, we have been working with carbon fiber towers for quite some time. We originally developed them for our custom builds for Dakar Rally racers. Over time, we introduced them into our fairing and rally kits. Based on customer feedback, carbon fiber towers are becoming a standard part of our range of products.

We believe in the quality of our designs, materials, and craftsmanship. Our carbon fiber towers are built to withstand the demands of rally riding and real-world use. We also want you to feel confident choosing carbon fiber technology, without worrying about its long-term durability or what might happen in a crash.

That is why we offer a lifetime guarantee on our carbon fiber towers, subject to the following simple conditions.

How the lifetime guarantee works

– Lifetime coverage: We will replace your carbon fiber tower for as long as you own it, subject to the conditions outlined below.
– Original owner only: The guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. You must provide your order number as proof of purchase, or your original order must be traceable in our system.
– Second-hand towers: If you are the second or a subsequent owner, you are not eligible for a free replacement under this guarantee. However, we are happy to offer you a replacement carbon tower for the reduced price as a gesture of goodwill.
– What is covered: The guarantee covers the carbon fiber tower itself only. It does not cover the top carbon cover, rubber mounts, lights, windshield, side spoilers, accessories, or other components.
– Accident damage: The guarantee also covers damage to the carbon fiber tower caused by a crash. In the case of a serious accident, we may ask you to provide photographs of the rest of the motorcycle as well.
– Photographic documentation: You must always provide photographs of the damaged carbon fiber tower so that we can document the damage and assess the next steps.
– Returning the damaged tower: If we ask you to return the damaged tower, sending it back to us is a condition of receiving a replacement under the guarantee.
– Shipping costs: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the damaged tower to RADE/GARAGE, if a return is requested, as well as the cost of shipping the replacement tower from us to you.

A voluntary guarantee on top of your legal rights

Our lifetime guarantee is a voluntary benefit that comes in addition to your statutory consumer rights. It does not replace or limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

We want to keep things simple and give you the confidence to enjoy the benefits of carbon fiber without unnecessary worries. Carbon fiber offers an outstanding combination of low weight and strength, making it an excellent choice for rally towers.

With the RADE/GARAGE lifetime guarantee, you can ride with confidence, knowing that we stand behind our products.
