Rally proven adjustable forks
These closed cartridges fit directly into the fork legs without any modifications. Acting as independent, pressurized shock absorbers with their own damping oil, they offer significantly improved off-road handling while maintaining comfort on long rides. A key factor is the large 35mm piston, the biggest among aftermarket suspension systems, providing high oil flow, stable damping behavior, and compatibility with electronic adjustments.
The proven cartridge design is both stable and highly adjustable. Each unit can be opened for servicing or customized to the rider’s needs. Spring rate, preload, and air chamber can be modified, with various springs available depending on load and use. Each cap includes a deflation screw to release excess foam and air.
Damping is easily adjusted via 18 clicks using the top caps. Compression on the left leg, rebound on the right. Preload is adjustable up to 12 mm on both sides. A hydraulic end stop prevents hard bottoming on major impacts.

Fully adjustable rear shock absorber
The rear shock features a dedicated damping shim stack and an aluminum housing for optimal heat dissipation, ensuring stable performance and longer shock/oil life. High-flow pistons, low-friction seals, and application-specific shim stacks are combined with heavy-duty components like hardened 16mm 42CrMo piston rods, top-quality bearings, and stainless steel bushings. All shocks are serviceable and tunable, with a wide range of springs available for different rider needs.
Damping is adjustable via an 18-click rebound adjuster, offering noticeable changes with each step. The external reservoir increases oil volume and cooling surface, while also enabling separate compression damping adjustments for low and high shock speeds—ideal for varying terrain. The integrated PDSII system includes a secondary piston that activates during high-speed compression to absorb harsh impacts, improving comfort, safety, and reducing frame stress.
The preload adjuster is built for extreme loads and rough conditions. With a wide 15mm adjustment range (typically double the OEM), it offers over 60 fine steps for precise setup and better bike balance. The hose-mounted adjuster knob allows flexible placement on the motorcycle.
